In order to ensure successful teaching and learning teachers must use a number of skills and should encourage children for activities such as pair work, group work and presentation on favourite characters, surveys etc. For designing an effective lesson plan teachers should lay stress on how the concepts will be taught and should include brainstorming summarizing the concepts, recapitulation etc. The children should be provided an opportunity to explore, create so that they can apply their thinking skills in a right direction. We should allow the students to envision their own learning and constructive thoughts should be planted in them in order to gain positive outcomes.
