Dr Sangeeta Bhatia, recipient of National Award for Education from MHRD has a wide experience of over 30 years in the field of education. A dynamic leader to the core, she has been working tirelessly to integrate global dimension to the curriculum. She has always envisioned KIIT World as a progressive school where the students are at the helm of their learning. Keeping a firm belief in the philosophy of ‘karma’, which is enshrined in the very roots of the organization, she has mobilized a team of like-minded, passionate people. She has come a long way, motivating and moulding every unique mind into an institution itself with the qualities of adaptability, to get absorbed globally in all spheres of educated genres.

Dr Bhatia has been the vanguard in more ways than one, providing a fruitful platform for academic accomplishments, global connect, extra-curricular achievements at various levels, nationally and internationally. She plays an instrumental role in guiding all the team members and leads them from the front. She has played a pivotal role in fostering partnerships with various schools around the globe, facilitating cultural and educational exchange with countries like South Korea, Germany, Scotland, Uganda and Poland.

She has been eloquent about the need to inculcate 21st century skills in the students, providing them with the avenues to articulate their opinions in a confident and coherent manner. She has conducted various workshops on Life skills, Classroom management, Learning Styles for diverse learners, Activity based lessons, Assessment and Evaluation, how to maintain Anecdotal Records for better teaching learning. An avid reader herself, she has always encouraged Book Reading and Review Sessions to enhance language competences, promote critical thinking and analysis and become aware of the changes in the field of education. Dr Bhatia is an epitome of erudition with many academic and professional accomplishments to her credit.
